**Requirements**:
+2 years working in the talent attraction area.

Interview by competencies.

Headhunter skills.

Conversational English.

Based in Mexico City.

Hybrid scheme: 2 days a week in the office.
- It's a plus if you have worked in communication agencies.

**Activities**

In charge of the complete cycle of the internal talent attraction process for the assigned vacancies.

Hunting.

Telephone filters and interviews by skills.

Monitoring the recruitment process.

Management of recruitment tool.

Organizational development activities.
