**Experience**:
Experience on Medical Industrial in driving continuous improvement

Familiar with ISO 13485, CMDR, JPAL, 21 CFR 820, GMP and manufacture of medical devices.

Train the trainers

Preferably three years supervisor experience managing training support personnel

Preferred experience in as a TWI Job Instruction Course Leader

Familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Office

Familiar with Lean topics

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
