Team Overview:
As an HRBP Intern at DiDi, you'll join a dynamic environment focused on advancing talent development initiatives within the Global Customer Experience (CX) function in Mexico. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside the HRBP team, supporting impactful learning and development projects that strengthen our culture of growth, engagement, and employee experience.

You’ll gain exposure to core HRBP functions, providing support for employee lifecycle activities including talent development, engagement, and data-driven decision-making. By working closely with HRBPs, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that HR strategies align with business goals to foster a high-performing team culture.

Role Responsibilities:

- Talent Development & HRBP Support_
- Supporting HRBP team members in planning, coordinating, and implementing talent development programs.
- Assisting in the development and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
- Providing support for employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Contributing to the design of materials and presentations for HR training, employee workshops, and team meetings.
- HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision-Making_
- Assisting in gathering and analyzing HR data related to talent development, employee engagement, and retention.
- Helping the HRBP team generate insights and reports to inform talent strategies and HR decision-making.
- Maintaining and organize data to support employee experience and development initiatives.
- Communication & Project Support_
- Assisting with crafting internal communications and maintaining engagement with CX teams to promote HR initiatives.
- Providing support for internal communication strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Aid in the organization and management of employee feedback to inform HR projects.

Role Qualifications:

- Attending a Bachelor’s program (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong organizational skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Analytical thinking skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Exposure to HRBP, talent development, or data analytics
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
