Your tasks

The Industrialization Engineer is primarily responsible for the launch of new products in operations, ensuring that all operation activities during the development process are carried out properly. For new materials, ensures process stability, reproducibility and optimized processes for high productivity, low cost and the best product quality. Work with a product focus to improve development and serial production.
- Responsible for launching the product in operation.
- Support the project team in the analysis and verification of the feasibility of the project.
- Responsible of parameter creation for launching projects step.
- Role as operations representative with the project team regarding technical aspects during the production of test batches, as well as during the pre-series and first series production phases.
- Coordinator of operations team members to ensure that all activities in operations are completed.
- Optimize processes to reduce scrap, increase productivity, cost reduction and continuous improvements to have a better product quality.
- Responsibility for standard procedures and methods to avoid operational failures.
- Ensure the standards required for the production.
- Ownership for process development as a fundamental source for SSL creating solutions and proposals
- Creation and update of PMEA on the launching projects based on lessons learned.
- Support on the customer complaints and definition of corrective actions.
- Lead process improvement projects (all process related projects
- scrap reduction, performance improvement, improvement of process stability and repeatability)
- Participate actively with the production team for improving the daily production result.
- Standardization and training on new or existence processes.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's Degree: Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineering
- Advanced English
- Experience:

- In Engineering Area or Process Engineering
- In Automotive Industry
- New products development / launching projects
- Knowledge
- Polyolefin and PVC plastics (high desirable)
- Quality Core Tools
- Project Management
- Six Sigma / Minitab
- ERP (desirable)
- SAP (desirable)
- IATF 16949
- ISO 45001 (desirable)
