Process/ Product Technician

This position has the responsibility to develop strategies and project to support the manufacturing production. 1.Responsible for Time and Movement studies in the APTs area. 2.Responsible for the validation of changes in Cycle Times. 3.Monitoring and detection of bottlenecks in the production process, as well as improvement analysis for them. 4.Development and implementation of R&R analysis by operation. 5. Development of capacity models 6. Administration of information on capacities by part number. 7.Creation of VMS by critical part numbers. 8. Calculation of Hrs/k. 9.Realization and updating of spaquetti diagrams. 11.Update of the lay-out 12.Realization and updating of process diagrams. 13.Administration of "Continuous Process Verification Improvement" Teams. 14.Verify information (PPH) related to the active performance of the process. 15.Generate and update the total effectiveness of the equipment (OEE) 16. Generate and provide distribution of HeadCount APTs per shift. 17.Hiring (Interviews for staff recruitment). 18. Generate APTs Linearity report. 19. Development of statistics for inventory control. 20.Review of production plans per month. 21.Adjustment and distribution of internal demand per cell 22.Direct contact with Process Engineering, Kitteo and Manufacturing. 23.Support in statistical control programs. 24. Production line support related to production metrics.
