**Requirements**:

- ** 1 Year in Tech Support Experience**:

- ** Knowledge and experience with the Salesforce tool**:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for Salesforce, troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting SLAs.
- Document interactions, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Educate customers on product features, best practices, and stay updated on Salesforce updates.
