Quality and Formation Manager

This position is responsible for the optimal operation of the quality and formation area for Mexico. Must establish the lineups and procedures for the best customer service experience and the proper training of our Game changers.
**Activities**
- Coordinate the training program and administrate the resources needed for the whole Mexico Operation.
- Coordinate the Mexico quality and training team, up to ten positions that reports directly.
- Establish the standards for quality control according to the client needs.
- Follow up to the customer inquires or complain of the service granted, to establish action plans in coordination with the operations area.
- Support the implementation for new customers establishing the requirements of training and quality assurance.
**Requirements**:
- **Must have advance English skills C1.**:
- 3 to 5 years of experiences as Quality and training manager.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma at least Green Belt. (Desired)
- Degree in business administration or related.
- Passionate for the customer experience.
- Adaptability to the change.
- Goal oriented.
- Leadership
