**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Over 1 year of Experience in SMT NPI Process Experience
- Familiar with SMT/DIP/Coating/assembly process DFM review and RFQ.
- PCBA RFQ
- Full process DFM review
- Full process fixture design
- Formulation/document revision/data statistics
- Excellent use office, excel, word, PPT.
- Familiar with SMT Process related preferred
- Excellent oral /written reports/good leadership communication skills/overseas working experience Enthusiasm at work.
- English: 70 to 90 %
