**WERNER LADDER DE MEXICO****Solicita**:**NPI Engineer****Descripción y Requisitos****Proposito***NPI Engineer are accountable for all functional areas within the production facilities to flawlessly execute Classification 1 New Product Introductions.**Funciones***- Support to coordinate pre-pilot and pilot phases for TCA projects when product design is affected.- Prepares information from manufacturing plant to share with the corporate, Attends all operations core team meetings.- Follows methodically the New Product Introduction Review Guideline.- Communicate project objectives to all team members involved.- Accountable for the compliance of your Project Team Members team in the necessary additional metrics and activities.- Lead and facilitate all necessary meetings with all functional areas representatives during manufacturing process development, pilot, and ramp-up of manufacturing- Provide deliverables to the Project Manager (Pre-pilot / Pilot Completion Report)- Work with the Purchasing and Engineering to ensure timely delivery of key components for manufacturing pilot run and mass production dates- Carries out the project plan in order to achieve the project objectives.- Review of BOM and Drawings (components, final assembly, packaging)- Work with the advanced manufacturing/process team to perform make vs buy analysis- Maintain and follow-up on action plan(s)- Accountable for documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, product labels)- Coordinates the implementation of Engineering Changes (ECO)- Monitoring of the SOP of new projects during a period determined by the Project Manager, as applicable- Provide support to coordinate Advanced Development projects from the Corporate (non-local).**Responsabilidades**- Identifying and driving Who is going to do What by When. Generate Team Rosters- Develop the project plan and schedule. Assure interdepend ability with NPD timeline- Work with cross-functional team to identify all capital expenditures and obtain appropriate approvals- Lead and coordinates activities across different organizational functions and cross-functional teams- Understand product and part design and the impact of design changes.- Create and drive NPI team objectives across the NPI team and external teams.- Project status reporting to Project Manager on program risks/opportunities- Represent NPI in Engineering Change Request meetings to understand the scope of changes and determine assessment criteria based on the nature of approved changes.- Supports Project Manager to execute and follow up on TCA projects- Determining and taking corrective actions- Coordinar ensamble de muestra del nuevo producto para aprobación del cliente.- Coordinate meetings with the multidepartment support team for the execution of new products-transfers release protocol.- Maintain the structure of the product in the system through EWRs/ECOs (AHV's, Routings, BOM's & Drawings).**Escolaridad**:Engineering Bachelors degree.
