**The Opportunity**

Our Facility Integrity and Reliability department is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business and we are expanding our presence in Mexico to support the implementation of Facility Integrity Management Program located throughout the national territory.
We are looking for our Facility Integrity Engineer who has knowledge and experience in the implementation of Integrity Management Programs for assets present in surface facilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for compliance with Mexican Codes and Regulatory Standards applicable to facilities, as well as company policies and procedures;
- Provide support to the development, planning, execution and compliance of Facility Integrity program for TC Energy assets in Mexico;
- Provide support in the development and implementation of engineering projects related to maintenance and corrective measures within operating facilities, including support to define scopes of work, schedules and budgets, which must be aligned with our Facility Integrity programs
- Provide support in the management of engineering projects related to Facilities Integrity program, with different areas of the company such as Regulatory Compliance, Operations, Pipeline Integrity, Supply Chain and External contractors
- Participate in reviewing and development of engineering of multidisciplinary projects of different areas of the company such as pipeline construction, Interconnections and commissioning activities of new facilities
- Provide support in project management of physical modifications of the original designs or installation of new assets in the facilities
- Collect and analyze data to support planning of activities that ensure compliance with short
- and long-term facility integrity programs, maintenance activities and regulatory compliance
- Conduct Engineering Assessments to determine the safe operation of facility assets on an ongoing basis
- Participate in HAZOP (Operability and Risk Study) and HAZID (Risk Identification Study) analysis, IBR (Risk-Based Inspection) and the development of requirements for the integration of new asset projects into the Integrity Management System for TC Energy facilities
- Prepare and review calculations, design documents, specifications, conceptual studies, designs, reports and proposals.
- Develop equipment condition assessments, test plans, root cause analysis of equipment failure.
- Quality assurance and control of design drawings and other documentation
**Minimum Qualification**
- University degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Process Engineering with 5 or more years of relevant facilities integrity experience;
- Intermediate knowledge in Facility Integrity Management Programs
- Intermediate knowledge in Facility Mechanical Integrity Assessment of static equipment of the superficial facilities.
- Intermediate knowledge in Facility Risk Assessment
- Knowledge in National and International Standards related with facilities
- General knowledge in dynamic and static equipment
- Intermediate knowledge in project management
- Intermediate English language skills
