We’re looking for new team members who share our values and are ready to take on exciting challenges.**Responsibilities**:- Provide support to Operations and Projects to develop the lifecycle engineering requirements for the integrated measurement reliability and integrity asset management programs that ensures cost effective optimized approach to integrity, reliability, commercial and regulatory requirements for Mexico Gas.- Provide the framework of necessary processes and procedures to enable our business to implement safe and reliable operations of our assets through the Facility Integrity Program.- Provide multidisciplinary engineering framework for design, construction, inspection and repair/replacement requirements to manage integrity risk across our facilities- Facilitate the compliance of engineering standards, typical drawings, templates Integrity Plans, TOPS, Task Lists, Site Specific Instruction, Specification and Standards for Operations;- Facilitate the identification of data required to determine the facility reliability & integrity management program effectiveness- Ensure compliance of Facility Integrity Program to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operations of the Mexican Natural Gas pipeline assets in accordance with the best practice and in compliance with the local regulations.- Define, manages and support Operations Maintenance Plan to deliver best in class services to increases maintenance productivity and optimize equipment reliability and availability- Mature Integrity & Reliability Plan, TOPS, Specs & Standards for Mex integrated asset management goals to ensure quality, sustainability and safety- Establish and maintain strong relationships by partnering collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support of Facility Reliability & Integrity department engineering work products.- Define, plan and execute capital projects to ensure safe and reliable operations aligned to regulatory requirements, commercial needs and Facility Integrity Program- Through data analysis, reframe the integrated asset strategy for facility reliability & integrity lifecycle management from an equipment to asset focus.- Define the requirements for assets to support the business strategy/perform which is implemented through project design and maintenance plans informed by Integrity Plans, TOPS, Task Lists, Site Specific Instruction, Specifications and Standards. Identify data required to determine program effectiveness.- Integrated engineering assurance and onsite support for all Mex Op Projects- Ensure Compliance to Regulations & Accreditation- Participate in the development of solutions to optimize the reliability and availability of equipment and assets- Provide technical guidance, instruction and assistance on existing and new equipment and assets within the Region- Responsible for compliance with Mexican Codes and Regulatory Standards applicable to facilities, as well as company policies and procedures- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and provide strategy approach to safe and reliable operations of TC Mex Gas assets through Facility Integrity Program implementation- Provide technical support to the Cyber security Program Development for technical Assets in MexicoMinimum Qualification- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills and networking ability.- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with diverse work groups;- Must be able to organize, schedule, and complete activities on multiple projects with varying degrees of complexities concurrently;- Must ensure that various activities required for the carrying out of the Pipeline Integrity Program are done timely for annual completion;- Ability to create and sustain critical partnerships;- Demonstrated ability to initiate change and help others adapt to a continuously changing environment;- Demonstrated skills in aligning goals with strategic direction and achieving targeted business results;- Ability to make and coach others in sound engineering decision making and project management techniques;- Familiarity with Mexican regulated pipelines (CRE and/or ASEA) procedures and processes, NOM-007-ASEA-2016 and NOM-009-ASEA-2016;- Frequent travel is required;- Must
