**Your Job**
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor at our office in Guadalajara to join our Finance Team at KOCH. This key role will create value by providing finance support and governance to the accounts payable process overseeing invoice processing, disbursements, and customer support.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the invoice to Pay process including supervising staff, managing workflows, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Ensure adequate internal financial controls (IFC) are in place to safeguard assets.
- Participate in various projects related and provide support for internal controls and compliance during these projects.
- Understand key processes/systems in accounts payable to provide support to different KOCH entities and ensure SLA performance compliance.
- Supporting ERP and reporting/analytics responsibilities.
- Develops guidelines for proper handling of the AP process and manage escalations.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Solid experience in Invoice to Pay Process.
- Proven experience supervising staff and managing processes.
- Experience with project management, process improvement, compliance o related work experience.
- English Proficiency
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience operating SAP, COUPA, Mexico TAX regulations, Power BI, OCR
- Customer Support experience and work with third-party outsourcing provider
- Strong interest in automation and process improvement
- Project management skills
