**Experience Required in**:
**Senior Data Analyst Responsibilities & Key Jobs to be Done**:
- Collects, structures and analyzes data and executes required testing
- Improve the data availability and quality by acting as a liaison between
business and source systems
- Presents and discusses findings with Squads and support iterative solutions development
- Summarize technically/analytically complex information for a non-technical audience
- Defines, understands, and tests levers to improve and drive product
roadmaps in tandem with Squads
- Makes business recommendations with presentations of findings to multiple levels of stakeholder
- Identifies and understand complex functional and technical requirements and collaborate with technical teams on architecture, design, and high performing software
- Ensures timely analysis and testing for regular maintenance of algorithms and model solutions over time
**Key Skills**:
- Large scale ERP transformation experience
- Knowledge of Basic to Intermediate Data/ Statistics skills:
- Dexterity in relevant database tools (e.g., Alteryx, Excel) to slice and dice data.
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools like **Power B**l or **Tableau** for
reporting
- Exposure to Informatica IDQ (preferred)
- Experience with R or Python (preferred)
**Product/Digital Expertise**:
- Strong knowledge of data readiness and migration tasks, data profiling
- Strong technical and analytic skills, proficient at understanding and conceptualizing business problems and implementing analytic or decision support solutions
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, process models, process management
- Advanced English 80%
