**Role**

The Project Management Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in various tasks and projects across different departments of the company. This internship **_(prácticas profesionales)_** **offers an excellent opportunity for learning and hands-on experience in project management, while contributing to the successful execution of projects. The position will report to the Director of the Project Management Office.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in coordinating project activities, tasks, and timelines under the guidance of the Director of the PMO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates, track progress, and identify potential roadblocks
- Participate in meetings to document discussions, action items, and decisions
- Assist in preparing project-related documents, including project plans, status reports, and presentations
- Utilize SmartSheet and other tools as required to maintain accurate project data and documentation
- Assist in conducting research to gather information for project planning and execution
- Collaborate with Director of the PMO and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective communication throughout projects

**Requirements**:

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- **Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field**:

- Basic understanding of project management principles and eagerness to learn more
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Detail-oriented and proactive attitude, willing to take initiative
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with project management software or tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello).
- Interest in gaining experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Basic understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with any relevant software, SaaS, or technology-related exposure.
- Availability for occasional internal meetings or discussions during [mention possible schedule].
