Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a facility. The facilities supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance or repair operations are efficiently maintained, in addition to ensuring that the facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. Responsible to coordinate activities with vendors and subcontractors. Work with other departments in the company, as well in new projects and transfers. Responsibilities:

- Supervise. Lead, Training and Develop the team members under his supervision.
- Plan / Execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs
- Build and Plan Preventive Maintenance, including quotes and detailed information.
- Build and Execute Budget according to the plan
- Manage internal and external Audits
- Ensure legal compliance
- Keep records of all assets and of their maintenance
- Coordinate frequent inspections to identify minor repairs to prevent mayor problems from happening
- Work with external suppliers for maintenance specialize.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's Degree: Electrician, Mechanic or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of building facilities
- Experience in air conditioning installations, air compressors and firefighting installations.
- 80% English
- Experience in Project management Re-lay Out of facilities
- Experience in transfers and installations of equipment
