**INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER II (OPEI)**

Location Irapuato, Mexico

**YOUR TASKS**
- Tiempos y Movimientos, Toma de Tiempos, Balanceo de la línea de producción con el objetivo de reducir el tiempo muerto y el personal operativo optimo, buscando una eficiencia de operación por arriba del 85%.
- Diseñar y crear el flujo de operación y el layout de una línea con objetivo de buscar el flujo de una pieza.
- Implementación de herramientas (lean manufacturing en el proceso: smed, trabajo estándar, 5S, TPM).
- Conocimiento e implementación del sistema de producción FES.
- Creación y gestión de ideas de mejora con objetivo de generación de ahorro hacia la empresa.
- Power BI/Power Automate.
- Manejo SAP.
- Autocad Intermedio.
