**Role purpose**

Provide the needful expenses information and analysis to the local and regional Heads of Wholesale to grant a correct decision making; also it will serve as a link between diverse bank areas like Risk, Finance, HR and wholesale businesses heads and COOs.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- LAM and Mexico Cost analysis of Wholesale Business.
- Analysis the regional AOP and Forecast exercises for Expenses line.
- Prepare information and Analysis of Expense management reports for Wholesale Mexico.
- Analyze the operational process MI, AOP and Forecasts related to expenses line in order to ensure a trustfully delivery.
- Automate processes to optimize delivery times.
- Reconciliation of the information contained in the different cost reports.
Requirements
- Relevant business finance background preferably with commercial banking or global banking experience. Expenses experience is a plus
- Accountancy, Finance or Economics qualifications preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge in digital skills and programming language (e.g. Python, Qlik) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience of preparation of reports and analysis, commentary suitable for presentation at senior management level.
- Agile, change mindset, dynamic and curious approach to work.
- Proficiency English.
- A commercial mindset and outlook.
- Excellent analytical skills with advance ability to work with data to draw conclusions and deliver actionable insights.
