**BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST**:
**IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identifies process deficiencies and gaps, proposing process changes and solutions to close gaps: creative, conceptual thinkers.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Business or Technical degree (e.g. Operations, Engineering, Data Management, Information Technology, etc)
- 2-3 years Microsoft Power Platform experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong grammar and English skills (verbal, written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Exhibits a growth mindset with a can-do attitude
- Strong willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done: self-directed, self-driven, motivated, has a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Knowledge and sensitivity to global cultural diversity
- Superior interpersonal and executive communication skills; able to clearly and distinctly articulate actionable items as well as establish a connection with key internal and external business partners

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Automotive experience preferred
- Operations/Plant Quality experience preferred
- Create future vs. current state process flows identifying opportunities and actions to improve
- Demonstrated systems development background with Program/Project management experience preferred
- Experience with customer management, systems, requirements, and knowledge
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles and Continuous Improvement
- Problem solving knowledge (8D, Kepner Tregoe, Ishikawa, etc.)
