**BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYST**

**Objetivo del puesto**:
Aseguramiento, monitoreo y supervisión de los procesos operativos de la compañia, incluyendo aplicativos y plataformas tecnológicas.

**Responsabilidades del puesto**:

- Documentación de los procesos y subprocesos de los siguientes tracks de negocio - Supply & Allocation, Stock Management (CEDIS & Tiendas), Back Office (Finanzas & PC), Omnichanel (Digital & Fisico).
- Monitoreo de procesos operativos a través de los diferentes aplicativos y plataformas tecnológicas para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
- Detección, escalación y solución a incidencias operativas detectadas durante el monitoreo o bien, recibidas a través de la plataforma de tickets utilizada por los usuarios de la compañía.

**Requisitos**:

- **Carrera Profesional**:Ingeniero Administrador de Sistemas, Licenciatura en Administración de Informática, tecnologías, sistemas, afín.
- **Experiência**:2 años en posición similar.
- **Inglés**:Intermedio-Avanzado.
- **Conocimientos técnicos**:Experiência en mesa de ayuda, experiência en call center, experiência como usuario operativo en cualquier giro.
