**Job Description**:
- Process all internal and external ECN requests. Coordinate activities with Workcell staff. Receive and interpret changes requested.
- Update SAP for BOM, new part numbers and drawings.
- Maintain 100% BOM accuracy
- Manage effectivity dates for BOM in SAP in conjunction with planning.
- Collaborate with purchasing department to eliminate excess and obsolete.
- Document, coordinate and gather approval for all financial impact analysis generated by ECN
- Monitor and update ECN implementation dates. Communicate to customer updates
- Coordinate weekly ECN meeting with Workcell.
**Requirements**:
Advanced English
Minimum 5 years direct related experience
SAP/ERP Experience
Strong team contributor, comfortable in leading cross functional and multi-cultural teams.
Negotiation skills.
Analytical, demonstrated problem solving and project management skills
Proactive, teamwork
Proficient in dealing with language and cultural barriers.
