DescripciónConnectingology, firma de reclutamiento a nível internacional, se encuentra en búsqueda de un Change Management Coordinator**Requisitos**:**RESPONSABILIDADES**:Liderar la implementación de iniciativas de transformación (ERP) para optimizar y estandarizar los servicios actuales en alineación con los requisitos del negocio.Definir un catálogo de servicios considerando las particularidades y necesidades de cada negocioProponer juntamente con el negocio la estandarización y evolución de procesos, políticas y sistemas de informacion para maximizar los beneficios financierosAnalizar e identificar oportunidades para recomendar iniciativas de optimización de costos y mejora del servicio al cliente interno y externoDefinir indicadores clave de rendimiento y gestión, promoviendo la evaluacion comparativa interna y externa del area, que respalden la toma de decisionesEstablecer modelos de interaccion con las áreas funcionales del negocio para facilitar la toma de decisiones de cambio**Requisitos**:Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, carreras afines.Inglés avanzado.Experiência con Office 365, MS Project.Experiência de al menos 3 años en soluciones para áreas financierasExperiência en Administración de Proyectos con OracleIdentificación de oportunidades de innovación.LiderazgoStakeholder managementResolución de problemasRecopilación y evaluación de información**Lugar de trabajo**: Monterrey, modalidad híbrida.**Ofrecemos**: Plan de carrera, desarrollo profesional, contratación directa por la empresa, sueldo competitivo, prestaciones de ley y un atractivo paquete de prestaciones superiores a las de la ley.Interesados, postularse por este medio.3 years
