**DESCRIPTION**:
Join EPAM as a **Lead Performance Test Engineer.**

In this role, you'll define the performance testing strategy, design and develop test scripts, and provide leadership to the testing team.

If you have experience in performance testing using Gatlin or similar tools in a lead role, and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes, we'd love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the performance testing strategy and benchmarking metrics
- Design and develop performance test scripts using Gatlin
- Execute performance tests and analyze the results to identify any performance bottlenecks
- Prepare performance test report and explain test results to stakeholders
- Monitor software performance post-release for future improvements
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to other members of the testing team
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tests

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in performance testing using Gatlin or similar tools in a lead role
- Extensive experience in.NET project environment
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
- English B2+ or higher
- Experience with Agile methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently
- Good communication skill
