We are **Vege de Mexico**, an automotive reman global, we are looking to strengthen our **North America Product and Costumer Support **site San Nicolas, N.L. with the integration of **Customer Service Analysts.**

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual
- IMA, IA, II, LNI, LA, LRI or related, recent graduates
- Previous experience at least 1 years within the same position
- Preferably live in San Nicolas or without transportation problems

**Activities**:

- Provide accurate information to resolve all customer inquiries in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
- Answer incoming customer calls.
- Ability to handle a high call volume
