**Finance Manager**

The primary function of this position is to assist in the development, consolidation, tracking and reporting of the operating forecasts and budgets to support operations, business unit and functional business needs.
- Work with operations and other customers on proformas, projects, and other analytics required.
- Assist in the design/development of a rolling 15-month forecast.
- Serve has a change agent in process design/implementation.
- Become proficient in Financial Systems and serve has a resident expert.
- Assist in the identification and evaluation of capital projects aimed at improving financial performance.
**Education**
Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
Masters of Business Administration degree and/or CPA or CMA designation is preferred
**Experience**
5+years related experience with a focus on Corporate Finance, Planning & Analysis required
Advanced Excel skills
