**What qualifications do we need from you?**
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Live in Ciudad de México, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Estado de México, Yucatán o Puebla.
- Have the right to work in Mexico without restrictions
- Strong communication skills in English & Spanish (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 10 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- You'll need a quiet, distraction free work space within a dedicated office space with a desk and chair
- From a technical perspective, a minimum of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload speed broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).

**What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?**
**What are your hours?**
This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work day/late shifts and your work week is minimum of 40 hours per week, for example: 4x10hrs or 5x8hrs. In order to match our customer demand, we schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns within the operating hours of 6 am and 10 pm Sunday to Monday. You may be required to work national holidays and will be compensated accordingly. You will learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.
