**Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate Focus)**

**Location**: Remote-friendly

**Compensation**: 150-230 MXN/hour

**Hours**: 20-40 hours per week

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll take full ownership of the digital marketing funnel to drive occupancy across our growing portfolio of rental properties. This is a performance-oriented role that blends creativity, analytics, and real estate know-how.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Launch & Optimize Paid Ads**:

- Continuously refine targeting, creative, and copy to maximize qualified lead generation
- **ROI Tracking & Analytics**:

- Track metrics like cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-converted-tenant (CPT)
- Build dashboards or reports to communicate marketing effectiveness to leadership
- **Ad Content Development**:

- Write compelling ad copy and coordinate visuals that resonate with prospective tenants
- Test and iterate on formats, messaging, and placement
- **Website Management**:

- Build and update simple web pages or landing pages for marketing campaigns using tools like Webflow, WordPress, or similar
- **Collaborate with Leasing Team**:

- Coordinate campaigns around unit availability and feedback from on-the-ground leasing reps
- Stay in sync with leasing activity to improve conversion and optimize spend

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Digital Marketing Experience**:1+ years of experience running performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, or similar
- **Tech Fluency**:Able to independently manage ad platforms, analyze data, and troubleshoot campaign performance
- **Analytical Mindset**:Comfortable with A/B testing, performance metrics, and using data to guide decisions
- **Creative Problem-Solver**:Not afraid to try new channels, messaging, or tools to improve outcomes
- **Real Estate Knowledge**:Familiarity with residential leasing, lead funnels, or multifamily property marketing is a strong plus
- **English fluency**
