Modalidad: Home Office ( Con disciplina y preferente ya haber trabajado en este esquema)
Edad: 26 a 48 años
Inglés: Intermedio - Avanzado
Escolaridad: Comercio internacional, Logística, Turismo o a fin
Esquema: Turno Nocturno ( De preferencia haber estado laborando en dicho esquema)
Horario: De domingo a jueves de 10:00 pm a 6:00 am
Coordinación de embarques aéreos asegurando el cumplimiento de requisitos operativos, documentación, regulaciones y tiempos de tránsito.
Actividades:
Seguimiento logístico integral, desde la recolección hasta la entrega, incluyendo comunicación con agentes, aerolíneas, y transportistas.
Gestión documental: ingreso de información, control de expedientes, validación de AWB y actualización de estatus.
Revisión y negociación de tarifas, servicios contratados, y correcta aplicación de Incoterms.
Atención y comunicación con clientes y proveedores nacionales e internacionales para asegurar la calidad del servicio.
Elaboración y seguimiento de cotizaciones, búsqueda de rutas óptimas, coordinación con agentes en origen y negociación con transportistas.
Apoyo administrativo en facturación, reportes, evaluación de desempeño de proveedores y solución de incidencias operativas.
