Certified Public Accountant

Responsibilities include the full-cycle accounting activities:

- Invoicing customers
- Categorizing transactions from bank feeds
- Coding vendor invoices
- Recording/printing checks
- Month-end close process activities:

- Clearing of suspense transactions (i.e., those expenses still waiting to be categorized)
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Profit and Loss by customer analysis
- Profit and Loss by month
- Generating financial reports (Balance Sheet, **Profit and Loss**, Profit and Loss by customer, AR Aging Summary, Trend Report/General Ledger)

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes:

- **2-3 years** of experience
- **Bachelor’s degree in accounting** or related field + Customer/client service experience
- Background with QuickBooks is preferred
- Clear **verbal and written** communication
- Demonstrates professionalism in managing schedule and work priorities to ensure the work gets done accurately and on time
- Other Requirements: Limited time off during tax season (January 15 - April 15)
- Conduct accounting research as needed

Pay: $27,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
