PERFITNESS Is a startup personal training company based in Los Angeles, California. We are seeking a Virtual Operations Manager to help us run our company's operations remotely from Mexico.

As a Virtual Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company, including overseeing our virtual team, managing our project management tools (Asana), ensuring smooth customer experiences (Wix and Stripe), and implementing AI tools to help automate our business processes. You will also be responsible for building a strong company culture and providing leadership to our virtual team.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of our business operations remotely from Mexico
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of billing and payments
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure high quality of services provided
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
- Use AI tools to automate and streamline business processes
- Manage and optimize our Asana project management platform
- Manage and maintain our Wix website and e-commerce platform, including integration with Stripe payment processing
- Manage our Discord server for internal team communication
- Provide leadership and build a positive culture for our virtual team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or related field
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong digital skills, including a reliable internet connection, familiarity with video conferencing tools, and experience with Asana, Wix, Stripe, and Discord
- Experience with AI tools and automation is a plus
- Knowledge of the fitness industry is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience building a positive culture in a virtual environment
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in operations management, preferably in a virtual setting
- Strong digital skills, including internet connection, Asana, Wix, Stripe, and Discord
- Experience in leadership and culture building for a virtual company
- Strong system integration skills to scale a start up

In this role, you will work closely with our CEO to help grow and scale our business.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28,000.00 per month
