**Summary**:
Will be responsible for the day to day building administrative maintenance and work order requests from operations, an average of 125 per month work orders.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Responsible for daily janitorial and visual walkthroughs
- Order materials and tools with purchasing clerk
- Supervise security vendor
- Organize scanned files from techs in Facilities One Drive
- Car´s maintenance
- Coffee and Janitorial supplies inventories
- Buldings assets´ inventories
- Keep the floor map updated
- Responsible of 5´s through all floors in buildings
- Attend tickets in service now
- Create weeklys payroll
- Assign available cubicles
- Copy machines maintenance with vendor
- Responsible of storage’s organization
**What are we looking for?**
**Required**:
- 2 years in Building maintenance
- University/ College degree
**Specialized Knowledge**:
- Administation, technical maintenance
**Language Level**:
- Intermediate English level
**Computer knowledge**
- Microsoft Office
