Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong business relationships and driving revenue? At **Linkeazi**, we’re looking for a **highly motivated Business Developer** to expand our Human Capital solutions and take our business to the next level. This is a strategic role focused on identifying new opportunities, building key partnerships, and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Identify and develop **new business opportunities** in the Human Resources and talent search industry.
- Build and maintain **long-term, strategic relationships** with clients.
- Design and implement **innovative sales and prospecting strategies** to grow our client portfolio.
- Negotiate and **close high-value deals** aligned with our business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and industry insights to **identify growth opportunities**.
**What You Bring**:
- Proven experience in **business development, B2B sales, or consulting**.
- Knowledge of **Human Resources solutions, executive search, or talent consulting** (a plus).
- Strong **negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills**.
- A dynamic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to **thrive under KPIs**.
- **Advanced English** (Chinese is a plus).
