Production Scheduler

**Job Summary**
- Lead the Production Rough Cut Capacity Process, evaluating the production plan feasibility given various availability/requirements scenarios.
- Deliver a balanced and productive labor/equipment workload while taking into account our security, environment, quality and productivity guidelines.
- Serve as the main functional link between Production and the Supply Planning Process (SPP), Planning and Shared Services areas, as well as the main input for the Production team’s volume-related dialog, metrics, and midterm analysis.

- Rough Cut Capacity Process Management
- Weekly schedule and Planning Boards management
- SPP + Stakeholders’ requirements negotiation + routines
- New Products resource coordination / parameterization
- Performance Metrics & Reports
- Participate in the different health, environmental, and safety initiatives or programs implemented in the work
- Participate and know the risk matrices in the area of work
- MRB Rework process management

- Engineering bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred)
- + 2 years in Manufacturing / Warehouse / Operations / Logistic / QA
