The CSIS PMO Analyst is an essential position to provide the tracking of the planning, execution, progress for the ATM project in which CSIS must install the security items according to the Security Standards. The CSIS PMO Analyst role as part of the Regional Project team (Mexico) is responsible for: Provide the Bill Of Materials for all the projects that involve the technical design and financial projections. Collaborate with the SOS to realize the administrative task as the P.O., contracts, items delivery, etc. Follow up with the stakeholders (CRS, CTI, TEC, OPS and Business) for the daily, weekly, bi-weekly tracking. Also this track must be do it with the vendors to comply the commitment dates. Conduct with leadership the advance with the vendors and provide the reports for the senior managers of CSIS and the stakeholders. Inform to the senior managers for any potential risk on the execution of the projects. **Responsibilities**: - This role will manage projects and programs related to the ATMs Windows 10 migration, that implies the coordination of the vendor to execute the replacement of the ATMs&CDMs in branches across Mexico. - Coordinate with different teams the execution according to the master plan. - Comply with the commitment dates the CSIS activities. - Create daily, weekly and monthly reports about the advance of this initiative. This is a temporary role for one year Experience 2 years in projects management preferred in ATM projects Scholarship Bachelor degreed This role requires a person with strong skills of communication and negotiation. Keep organized all the activities and program according to the define schedules the works after and post the replacements.
