Renamed multinational sugar manufacturing company is searching for his new PMO Supervisor.Your new companyRenamed multinational sugar manufacturing company based in Mexico City.LocationMexico City | Hybrid work.Your new RoleAs PMO Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, planning project management activities, analyzing financial information and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process, you will provide financial reports and budget outlines overseeing the development of the project and evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, you will mainly lead supply chain and logistics projects handling CAPEX investments in warehouses and plants, redesign logistics lay offs and routes and propose initiatives to have a solid supply chain though the PMO area, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiations with logistic vendors assuring competitive prices and strategic deals and DMS management giving visibility of documentation in every lapse of the project.What you´ll need- Bachelor´s Degree concluded.- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in project management or PMO department for multinational FMCG, food or drinks, beauty & home or retail companies.- Vast experience leading CAPEX projects, participating in logistics projects regarding warehouses or transportation and strong know how of documentation and DMS.- Time management, leadership, proactive and strong stakeholder management.- ERP knowledge (desirably SAP)- Advanced English.What you´ll get in return45.000 + Superior Law Benefits Package.**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career. #
