Overview:
Responsible for ownership of the PepsiCo Foods North America(PFNA) Sector, Field End User Device area. This includes partnering with the Global Workplace Services teams on support initiatives for all end-user devices, this includes laptop/desktops, mobile devices, printers, Zoom Rooms, and collaboration tools. This role supports the business engagement for the Quaker, PepsiCo Foods Canada, and the Power of One sites for Workplace Services technology. This role is also responsible for Asset Management for Workplace Services technology. They will own the reporting, costing and validation for these devices for PFNA.

**Responsibilities**:
**What will you be doing?**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Partners with IT support teams and Service Owners to ensure best in class support is being provided to the PFNA user base
- Partners with the PFNA CIO teams to inform, educate and align with them on support initiatives for PFNA end-user devices
- Manage the process for improving end-user support for the Quaker Foods North America division
- Partner with the CIO leadership team as the IT contact for Quaker, PepsiCo Foods Canada, and the Power of One sites
- Support the improvement for Security Health Index for all end user related areas
- Create and sustain asset management process for PFNA field sites including BIN's
- Asset management leader responsible for validation of costs, location and counts of all end-user devices and ensuring they are evergreen in the PepOps dashboard
- Support PFNA asset currency initiatives for end-user devices
- Escalation point for end-user devices at over 350 facilities

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**

A leader with strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time
- 5+ years IT Professional Experience
- 5+ years Project Management
- 3+ years Vendor Management
- 3+ years IT End-User Technical Support

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Teams
- Strong ability to use different collaboration tools
- Experience supporting Mobile devices
- Experience supporting laptop/desktops
- Strong Communication skills to work with business partners, IT partners and leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, patterns to generate insight and develop service improvement plans
- Able to demonstrate strong Project Management and Project Delivery experience, combined with strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record with Change Management processes
- Proven track record in delivering IT strategic initiatives in a complex organization
- Experience working in a Multi-cultural environment and partnering with IT Professionals in multiple countries
- Excellent remote management skills
- College Degree or Technical certifications preferred

**Non-Technical Skills Required**:

- Highly motivated individual who is organizationally savvy and possesses a strong executive presence
- Ability to coordinate and direct activities across multiple teams.
- Strong team/project management abilities
- Provide leadership presence among all levels within the organization
- Excellent communication both written and verbal including technical writing experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, effectively multi-task, and make quick & confident decisions
- Experience working with large Global company
