We're looking for a passionate, product-focused **Senior Delivery Manager** who have hacked systems in creative ways, who are curious about new languages, technologies, and trends. We believe that working hard is a byproduct of loving what you do and not something that can be me assured on a timesheet. **Location Remote**:Mexico** **Qualifications we are looking for**: **5+ years doing Project / Delivery Management** - Risk Management - Issue resolution - Requirement gathering - Retrieve/Provide Feedback to customer and team - Fulfillment Support **Nice to have**: - Certification in Scrum or PMP. - Waterfall experience. **Responsibilities**: - Requirement gathering - Setting expectations to customer and team members - SOW review and approval - Review Project Scope with technical lead, engineers and practice lead - Create Project Delivery Plan(Scope, Milestones, Governance, Communication, etc.) - Create Risk & Change Management Plans - Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID log) - Manage resource changes (Performance Issues, Attrition) - Report Project Status and any deviations versus the Project Delivery Plan - Control Project Budget by keeping track of timesheets and invoicing - Delivery Oversight (Onboarding, Kickoff, Status Reporting, Dashboard, Metrics, SLAs, Invoicing and Deliverables - Work with talent acquisition agencies to find the right talent for the projec **What you can expect from us** At TechMahindra, what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.
