After Hours Representative

**ACTIVIDADES**
- Registrar todas las actualizaciones en el sistema operativo, incluyendo la hora de envío, recogida y entrega, así como cualquier problema.
- Comunicar a los operadores las horas de recogida y entrega de la carga.
- Notificar a las partes apropiadas y crear incidentes según sea necesario para las cargas que se retrasen o tengan problemas.
- Entender el proceso y escalar según sea necesario cuando surjan problemas.
- Crear incidentes relacionados con el retraso en la recogida y la entrega, la pérdida de carga, los envíos rechazados, los excesos, la escasez y los daños.
- Crear relaciones continuas con los despachadores de operadores.
- Resolver los problemas y escalar las cuestiones al equipo de transportistas cuando sea necesario.
- Otras tareas asignadas en función de las necesidades.

**Requisitos**:

- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente
- Se requiere capacidad de organización
- Capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes
- Resolver problemas
- Toma de decisiones
- Capacidad multitarea y proactiva
- 1 ó 2 años de trabajo en un puesto de atención al cliente
- Experiência en transporte transfronterizo, aunque no es necesaria.
- Inglés fluido.
