**Position Summary**

A professional who is continually working in the improvement of the product, looking to improve performance, cost and quality with the safety standard that are being required.

To lead a multidisciplinary team for a success implementation of new products.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed product specifications that accurate communicated performance and customer requirements to production.
- Defines and coordinates validation test plans. Evaluates results for accuracy and precision. Ensures conformance to product specifications to achieve customer and product reliability and safety standards.
- Lead multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the successful implementation of product line transfer from different sites.
- Identify and executive for alternatives to improve the design and impact in the financial statement of the plant looking for better product cost, reduce scrap or reduce process cost.
- Provide cost information for new customer requirements

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**
- 3+ year in a similar position or 3+ years in an engineering, quality or manufacturing position.
- Design engineering and analysis tools (CAD, Minitab, Excel)
- Core Tools experience.
- Fluent English.
- Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar.
