Position Summary A professional who is continually working in the improvement of the product, looking to improve performance, cost and quality with the safety standard that are being required. To lead a multidisciplinary team for a success implementation of new products. Responsibilities Develop detailed product specifications that accurately communicate performance and customer requirements to production. Define and coordinate validation test plans. Evaluate results for accuracy and precision. Ensure conformance to product specifications to achieve customer and product reliability and safety standards. Lead multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the successful implementation of product line transfer from different sites. Identify and execute alternatives to improve the design and impact in the financial statement of the plant looking for better product cost, reduce scrap or reduce process cost. Provide cost information for new customer requirements. Qualifications 3+ years in a similar position or in an engineering, quality or manufacturing position. Design engineering and analysis tools (CAD, Minitab, Excel). Core Tools experience. Fluent English. Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar. #J-18808-Ljbffr
