The Quality Assurance Team Leader I is responsible for managing the research and deliver information to the organization to ensure proper
- adherence to compliance requirements, coaching and developing frontline specialists, and promoting exceptional customer satisfaction to
- frontline specialists. This role also is responsible for understanding contact center metrics and implementation of strategic goals and
- compliance processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create high performance environment for team members
- Manage relationship between various operational and support departments
- Maintain productive working partnerships with various departments
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of educational deliverables
- Develop/execute strategic action plans designed for specialists
- Analyze and interpret quality audits and reports
- Collaborate with peers to create and sustain departmental culture
- Demonstrate continuous support of each of the supported departments
- Consistently stays abreast of changes in the Insurance Industry
- Develops new and more efficient ways to achieve/surpass departmental goals

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
This job does have supervisory duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of related experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Life, property and casual license may be required for AOR

Functional Skills
- Advanced organization and management skills
- Advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced experience using Microsoft suite
- Advanced presentation development and delivery skills
- Insurance industry knowledge a plus
- Advanced coaching and development skills
