IT Plus abre vacante para **analista de TI DevOps de Salesforce CPQ**

**Descripción del trabajo**

**Responsabilidades**
- Sirva como experto en la materia para Salesforce CPQ y manténgase actualizado con las últimas características, mejoras y mejores prácticas del producto.
- Colaborar con las partes interesadas clave para recopilar y documentar los requisitos comerciales relacionados con la solución CPQ personalizada del Cliente y traducirlos en especificaciones técnicas.
- Configure y personalice el sistema Salesforce CPQ para alinearlo con las necesidades comerciales, garantizando precios precisos, reglas de configuración de productos, reglas de precios, reglas de validación, cambios de aprobación y flujos de trabajo de generación de cotizaciones.
- Cree y mantenga documentación relacionada con CPQ, incluidos flujos de procesos, modelos de datos y guías de usuario, para respaldar la capacitación y el mantenimiento continuo del sistema.
- Realice auditorías periódicas del sistema y realice controles de calidad de los datos para mantener la integridad y confiabilidad de los datos de CPQ.
- Consultar y establecer contacto con las partes interesadas funcionales para comprender las necesidades comerciales y brindar recomendaciones sobre las mejores prácticas de implementación de CPQ.
- Respuesta oportuna a los tickets de soporte, incluida la investigación, solución de problemas y resolución de defectos del sistema y consultas relacionadas con CPQ. Esto incluirá la resolución de problemas de APEX, datos, interfaces y otros componentes técnicos relacionados con CPQ.

**Calificaciones**
- Must have 3-5 years of solid experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ development, administration, and support
- Salesforce CPQ certification preferred Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
- Both business process savvy and technology savvy. Ability to learn quickly in both business domain and technology domain
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including object and data modeling, validation rules, workflow rules, and process builder. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ-specific features, such as product bundling, discounting, pricing rules, and quote generation
- Experience in documenting defects, triage meetings, assigning and driving to resolution **Familiar with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence ** Familiar with SOX Compliance and change management processes
- 2+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems
- 1+ year of experience supporting Conga & DocuSign reports

**Work Authorization**

**Time zone: Preferably EST time zone +2, -2 hour is acceptable. On call support for high priority tickets.**
