Bilingual Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct and oversee the execution of various projects and the activities of assigned teams.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of project assignments and expectations among all personnel.
- Maintain the CRM system with current and accurate data, ensuring its consistent and appropriate utilization.
- Proactively solicit progress updates and reports, providing constructive feedback as necessary.
- Optimize organizational processes and administrative functions to enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate seamless and professional communication between teams operating in both English and Spanish.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination and team management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong organizational and time management acumen, with a meticulous approach to detail.
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet established deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic credentials (including incomplete degrees).
- Standard Monday to Friday office hours.
- Option for a hybrid work arrangement after an initial period.

Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 25297, Saltillo, Coah.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
