**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain a master production schedule for the Tijuana and San Diego operations, ensuring alignment with customer demand and production capacity.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, to optimize production efficiency and meet customer delivery requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and production progress to identify and resolve potential issues that may impact the schedule.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and develop production plans accordingly.

Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling processes and efficiency.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of production planning principles and inventory management.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month
