**Buscamos: Analista de Riesgos**

**Objetivo del Puesto**:
Evaluar, gestionar y mitigar los riesgos asociados a las actividades crediticias, minimizando las pérdidas mediante la identificación oportuna y el manejo adecuado de riesgos potenciales.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Analizar datos crediticios y financieros para evaluar la solvencia y capacidad de pago de personas o empresas.
- Determinar límites de crédito y condiciones de préstamo con base en análisis detallado.
- Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos de riesgo crediticio.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio y normativo en materia de crédito.
- Elaborar informes de riesgo y presentar recomendaciones a los tomadores de decisiones.
- Realizar el seguimiento de la cartera, proponiendo acciones para su recuperación o reestructuración.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Actuaría, Finanzas, Economía o carrera afín.
- Experiência comprobable en análisis de riesgo crediticio, particularmente en líneas de crédito automotriz y arrendamiento puro para vehículos comerciales y maquinaria.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Dominio de Excel para análisis financiero, gestión de cartera y generación de reportes.

- Comunicación clara y efectiva con stakeholders.
- Gestión eficiente del tiempo y trabajo bajo presión.
