As a LATAM LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SR PARTNER, you will be a team member of the Global L&D team and reports directly to L&D Leader for LATAM. You will facilitate programs to help build managerial capability by adopting the latest learning methodologies, engaging learners, and consulting on learning outcomes

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate programs in different languages (Spanish, English, and Portuguese) virtual and face to face modality.
- Develop / Adopt content aligned to business needs in Spanish & Portuguese languages.
- Accountable for the implementation of Global, SBU (Strategic Business Unit) & Local Strategies for Learning
- Utilize data and insights to drive projects
- Input, Identify and incorporate appropriate L&D methodologies and delivery channels for the development of global programs.
- Engage with assigned stakeholders in HR & Business to understand learning needs
- Stay relevant with Best Practices, research, and software releases to increase team capabilities
- Provide accurate and timely responses regarding L&D programs to clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
- English at advance Level and Portuguese at intermediate level (fluid, capable to facilitate trainings in both languages)
- +7 years of experience in Program Development, Curriculum Development, or Content Development and Facilitator in different languages
- Knowledge of strategies of communication and promotion of Learning Strategies, Adult Learning Theory, and training evaluation
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, manage ambiguity and easily adapt to changes
- Nice-to-have: Desirable experienced in Manage LMS Workday, Oracle System, Creator of digital tools of learning (E-learning / Gamification), management of platforms (teams/zoom/mentimeter/survey monkey), Instructional Designer and Certifications (DDI, Project Management or coach)
