We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager **with a strong background in project management, and human resources. We seek A-Players who are not only invested in their personal growth but also in the growth of TopFoxx. **Key Responsibilities**: **Project Management**: - Coordinate and follow up on tasks with team members to ensure deadlines are met and problem solve any roadblocks for team members to find a long term solution and the same issues don't arise again. - Maintain a strong eye on details to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks and projects. - Oversee and manage various projects and tasks, including our product design process and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion. - Monitor project progression and report updates to the C-Suite. - Utilize Asana to manage tasks and projects efficiently, and ensure all team members are on track, tasks are completed on time, and communication is strong between departments. **Performance Monitoring**: - Track and report on employee performance, offering constructive feedback and positive reinforcement. - Keep the C-Suite informed about team performance and development in a clear and concise way, so when presenting updates to the c-suite, there are solutions provided, not problems. - Help create and re-create strong positive habits amongst team members. - Provide regular updates and feedback to the team, ensuring effective communication between team members and to executives on the team. - Supervise team members on behalf of the C-Suite, providing guidance, support, and direction. - Ensure team members are accountable for their responsibilities. - Maintain clear, effective, and firm yet uplifting communication with all team members to keep them motivated and on track towards success. **Human Resources**: **Requirements**: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role. - Strong project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to provide honest, constructive criticism and positive reinforcement. - Reliable, accountable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team. - Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Experience working with Asana or similar project management tools. - Previous experience working in remote companies is a must. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience in the ecommerce industry, preferred. - Experience in Project Management role, preferred. - Familiarity with sunglasses or fashion accessories market. **Why Join Us**: - Be part of a growing brand with a strong mission and values. - Work in a flexible, remote environment. - Collaborate with a passionate and dedicated team. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. **How to Apply**:Please send your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to **Topfoxx **is an equal opportunity employer.
