**Job Responsabilities**:

- Manages and analyzes activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control financial resources and compliance with regulations, laws, and reporting activities.
- Prepares, examines, and conforms to procedures for general ledger and payroll preparation.
- Performs monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
- Develops and documents accounting policies, procedures, control processes, and financials.
- Prepares budgets and forecasts and compares budget to actual costs, ensuring that budgets are adhered to.
- Analyzes business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations in order to accurately represent financial standing.
- Support internal and external audits for process compliance and timely completion.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in public accountant, accounting and international public accountant or related.
- At least 1 year of experience in weekly payroll preparation.
- Manage of SAT, IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot processes and platforms.
- Experience in TRESS system.
- Proficient conversational and written english required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in weekly payroll preparation.
- Advance knowledge in Excel.
- Experience in Tress, SAP and Innova system.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Experience in the industrial environment.
