Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Responsibility for assigned country payrolls, payroll delivery - processing payrolls, including: calculating, bonus payments, starters and leavers, salary payments- Ensuring that Payroll processes are in line with global directions, legal and taxation standards, procedures, collective tariff agreements, country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirements- Performing standard payroll controls including SOX controls and respective evidences- Prepare a Net to pay file per legal entity, control generated bank files- Manage final payroll settlement based on data received from HR Generalists and payroll data- Full administration of Mexico monthly contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISPT)- Cooperate with payroll vendors on seamless and timely delivery- Year End payroll process, Tax Year end activitiesExperiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting area- 5+ years’ experience processing, validating and analyzing weekly Payroll, headcount of min 500.- 5+ years’ experience dealing with Mexican tax authorities (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT,SAT)- Tress Revolution, Paylocity or any other Payroll cloud based system - advantage- Experience with SOX compliance- Experience with working in a remote environment.- Fluent in the English language, Other language skill is advantage- Strong communication skills- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple activities- Strong analytical skills- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environmentBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- comedor- fondo de ahorro- seguro de gastos médicos- uniforme- seguro de vida**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Híbrido**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
