**Responsibilities**:

- Update files (brochures, project sheets, resumes, etc.) using InDesign
- Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents in Spanish
- Translation of brochures, project profiles, resumes, etc. to Spanish
- Update and maintain project data, employee resumes, project and employee photography, proposal text libraries
- Input project sheet information into CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Update OpenAsset with project photos
- Update staff LinkedIn posts on Teams
- Update website and Sharepoint, as needed
- Research and execute opportunities for brand awareness through awards, conferences, sponsorships, regional industry associations, media placements, speaking engagements, direct or electronic mail, activities, and advertising

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Highly proficient analytical and software skills aimed at data analysis and operational efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Proven attention to detail and multi-tasking ability while meeting deadlines and working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Passion for improving processes
