- We are seeking a **Specialist Marketing Materials (Material Planner)** by managing the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory of marketing materials. This role will collaborate closely with the commercial and marketing teams, 3PL providers, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient material flow across the network.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase marketing materials in alignment with project and brand requirements.
- Manage inventory and ensure materials are integrated into our network.
- Act as liaison between marketing, commercial teams, and vendors (material and logistics).
- Monitor and maintain service levels with 3PL providers.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team, planner analysts, and sales account managers.
- Support S&OP processes related to material planning and availability.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination with the U.S. based team.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in material sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with 3PL operations and service level management.
- Previous roles as Purchaser, Planner Analyst, or in sourcing teams preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills with commercial and marketing teams.
- Experience working with commercial partners and vendors.
- Location flexibility within Querétaro or Guanajuato region.
- **Advanced English proficiency** - required for regular interaction with U.S.based teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Commercial-facing experience is desirable.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
